This is a word we hear so frequently! There are many types of reactivity and we can help evaluate what is actually going on with your dog. Are they fearful or excited or even agressive? With our Puppy Proofing you will get the knowledge, information and learn the proven structure that will take out the guesswork out of raising your puppy. What do you mean learn to play? Most people only scratch the surface of what is possible with play! Learn strategies and games that will stimulate your dog's mind and burn off lots of energy! Play is also an amazing way to train your dog. Yes you heard me right. Learn to TRAIN by playing with your dog.

Lack of fulfillment can often lead to behavior problems, destructiveness and anxiety. It can also lead to weight gai which will shorten your dog's life significantly. Our customized Board & Train programs give your dog daily, focused, consistent training while staying with us. From everyday obedience and manners to off-leash reliability and behavioral challenges, we build each program around your dog, your goals, and the life you want to enjoy together. Once complete we follow up with training for you with your dog to ensure that the work we have done in the Board & Train translates to back home!

Enjoy your time away knowing your dog is in experienced hands. Our limited-space boarding provides personalized care in a safe, comfortable environment, with plenty of exercise, enrichment, and downtime. Add Training or Adventures to make their stay even more rewarding.

House Visits
Personalized care, right in the comfort of your home. Long workday or plans that keep you away? We’ll come to you! Our one-hour Home Visits give your dog a much-needed break filled with exercise, play, enrichment, and plenty of personal attention—all while keeping them comfortable in their own environment.

Dog Sports
Some owners want to do MORE with their dog but are not sure where to start! I have trained and my dogs have titled in multiple sports. I can help you make sense of it all and recommend the activities that would best suit you and your dog. I have experience with Agility, Herding, NASDA sports like Barn Hunt, Urban Hunt & Locate, Trailing & Shed, Flyball, Frisbee, French Ring, Shutzhund and I'm familiar with other options too like Dock Diving and Lure coursing and can help you find resources for all of the above.

CeCe's Pack
Dog are amazing companions who bring such joy and unconditional love to our lives. There is so much to learn about our best friends. My clients are always amazed at how much more they understand about them after training with us!
My mission is to support and inspire dog owners and dogs to live happy and fulfilled lives. Dogs give us so much, but it is essential that we give them the proper leadership, training, clarity, structure, and fulfillment in order for them to thrive in our human world. I specialize in residential dog training, obedience and loose leash walking. I have had personal & professional experience training dogs to off leash recall, ecollar training, reactivity, resource guarding, resolving separation anxiety, and fulfilling high drive dogs and working K9's. I work with all breeds and drive levels and have specific and indepth experience with shephards, herding, and bully breeds.
One of the things I love about working with animals is that the learning is really endless! I have had the privilege of apprenticing with Master Trainer Jaymi Crook (crookK9.com) who is an expert in K9 training, residential dog training, board & train, and service dog training. He introduced me to decoy work, protection and oder detection. I had the amazing experience priviledge of assisting in the training green K9's and their handlers. The mutual respect admiration and passion for dogs and the nuance of how to really effectively and clearly communicate with them is endlessly fascinating.
I graduated from Duke University with a degree in Psychology and English and have really been a lifelong student of several disciplines including film, writing, self acutualization & coaching, energy, bodywork, & yoga. My diverse background and depth of experience informs everything I do with dogs and their owners.
I am continually studying, practicing and improving my skills and knowledge of training techniques and style with world class trainers like Ivan Balabanov and the TWC community, Michael Ellis, Jay Jack and many more. I am a member in good standing of the IACP (International Association of Canine Professionals) and AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. I am also passionate about helping rescue dogs and consult with several local rescues.
Of course, I am also a dedicated dog mom to four rescue dogs. You will often see them highlighted on my social media, and they will often who assist me in my work with other dogs and owners. Brady the Maltese Terrier, Bruno the Chihuahua/Min Pin, Brando the Border Collie/Kelpie, and Armando the American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull terrier have been instrumental in my learning and have given me so much more than I could possibly give them. My dogs have titled in NADAC Agility, AKC Trick Dog, NASDA Urban Hunt, Urban Locate, and AKC Herding Instinct. Your dog will really amaze you if you give them the opportunity!
